At present, there is one human library (Human HTVV 40K), and six mouse libraries (Mouse NIA 15K, Mouse BMAP Brain 30K, Mouse BMAP Retina Set, Mouse NIA 7.4K, Mouse 3.5K Pancreas Specific, and Riken Clone Set). You can search for any word you think might be in the data file. Examples include a gene name, a Genbank ID, a Locus Link (Entrez Gene) ID, etc. Unfortunately, different datafiles have very different amounts of data. The Riken clone set has almost nothing but the Genbank ID, for example. We hope to remedy this in the future.
